Her significant industry experience across Start-ups, Turnaround, Owner Managed and Private Equity, allows Roz to parachute into organisations and work across all levels.
Roz oversees strategy, ensures client relationships thrive, and keeps the team aligned with our values: clarity, efficiency, and trust.
Nasser – Management & Systems Accountant
Nasser plays a pivotal role for Finance with Flow and ensures that our financial gears run seamlessly.
With over ten years of experience working in various finance roles, and being ACCA-qualified, Nasser is a self-confessed Excel geek and loves automation and streamlining processes.
Nasser supports our clients by providing guidance and helps them really understand their numbers, to keep them doing what they do best.
With a wealth of experience managing various teams over the years, Nasser’s experience ensures that he always strived to make a difference!
Fi – Management Accountant
Fi’s role at Finance with Flow allows her to really get to know our clients and become part of their team by supporting with the day today running of the finance department, building relationships with clients team members at all levels. This allows Fi to develop a well-rounded picture of performance meaning suggestions of improvement and support any changes going forward can be provided.
Fi achieved her AAT qualification and is continuing her studies to become is a CIMA finalist.
Jackie – Bookkeeper
Jackie is the guardian of our financial records, maintaining order and compliance with an eagle eye. With a passion for precision and a background rooted in underwriting for a Lloyds syndicate, she brings deep expertise and a meticulous approach to everything she does.
